Fabulous stay at a beautiful hotel, we would love to come back one day. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Beautiful surroundings, immaculate gardens.

Everything was great: the hotel is magnificent, the exterior is well maintained, the "paradise" effect, the pool is top-notch (although in the middle of everything so you just have to accept that), the staff were perfect, the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was very good.

On a trip with friends, we booked three different hotels, and this one was by far the most authentic and comfortable – a truly excellent hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was incredibly thoughtful; everyone was smiling, making for a fantastic experience. The front desk and security staff were very welcoming and efficient. Housekeeping was prompt, and the in-room water and snacks were complimentary, which was very convenient. Enjoy! The pool was amazing. It was a great travel experience, especially because of Lanna

Had a truly wonderful stay! We were there for three nights and loved how charming and compact the hotel is. The pool was exceptionally well-maintained, which my kids really enjoyed. They offered daily craft activities in the mornings, and on weekends, you could even make soap, which was a nice touch. The hotel's food was also excellent, and the daily happy hour in the afternoons was a bonus. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room cleaning was prompt and thorough; they even folded our clothes! Our flight arrived very late, but they had already set up the extra bed in our room by the time we got there. The concierge was proactive in helping us with our luggage, and getting food delivery and taxis was super easy. Highly recommend!

We spent three nights here and are absolutely delighted. Starting from the warm welcome with drinks and absolutely courteous service. A wonderful room with an extra wide bed. The complex is very well maintained, quiet and relaxed. In the morning you are surprised with a really excellent and extensive breakfast. If you are planning early excursions, you can book a packed lunch at the reception instead of breakfast. It works perfectly. Happy hour is between 13:00 and 15:00 and coffee, tea, juices, cakes, biscuits and fruit are served free of charge at the pool bar. In the evenings there is a daily shuttle to the Nightmarkt. Back you can order a grave, which is cheaper than driving TukTuk.
